TAKE A MOMENT.

Each of us is carrying so much into this re-opening time in our world. Grief, joy, uncertainty, loneliness, relief. You deserve support, connection and kindness for everything you’ve gone through.

At NAMI Chicago, we are here to support you and connect you to the resources you need to maintain mental wellness. Call us if you, or someone you care about, needs help with:

  • Food or housing

  • Supporting a loved one in crisis

  • Ways to cope or find care

  • Connecting with support groups

  • Treatment options, and so much more

What does it mean to “maintain mental wellness”?

The state of our mental health is linked to a lot of different factors, like our environment, our bodies and our experiences. It’s important to build “foundations of wellness” that help us feel strong and well and healthy. NAMI Chicago can help with any and all of the below.
