Alison Bouchard is a seasoned operations leader with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning government, nonprofit, and corporate environments. Known for her strategic mindset and empathetic leadership style, her core focus is to operationalize vision into action. Most recently, Alison was the Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Midwest at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, one of the fastest growing law firms in Chicago.

Previously she served as Chief of Staff at World Business Chicago, the City's economic development agency and prior to that, as Chief of Staff to the CMO in Mayor Lori Lightfoot's administration, where she drove high-profile campaigns during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Alison is passionate about inclusive leadership, effective communication, and building teams rooted in accountability and trust. She holds a B.A. in Politics, Law & the Courts and Sociology from Suffolk University and lives with her husband and two rescue dogs in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood.
